Raffle Information and Privacy Summary

Raffle

You may choose to enter the raffle after answering at least 4 out of 5 questions correctly on the quiz. You can only enter once a month to enter the raffle, and names will be selected at random to receive a prize. Only one prize per household is allowed. Winners will be informed via email or phone. Prizes can be picked up at 615 Willow Ave, Ithaca, NY 14850.

The raffle and marketing consent are completely disjoint from one another: you can sign up for the raffle without signing up for the newsletter, and vice versa.

Data Privacy

If you choose to receive only our monthly e-newsletter, the information collected (name and email) will only be used to subscribe you to the newsletter. This information will not be shared with others.

If you request energy advising, your information (name, email, subject, and message) will be shared with Energy Advisors or volunteer Energy Navigators, who will follow up with you. Your information will also be shared with NYSERDA for reporting purposes.

Emails are stored in a database until the user chooses to unsubscribe from communications.

Photos

Photos taken using the Hot Shot app are stored on our server and mailed to the email address provided. You will have 30 days to download the images from the email message. Once you have downloaded the photos, or 30 days have elapsed, whichever is sooner, the photos are then erased.
